Characterful Self Catering Studio Holiday Apartment in Bantry Bay, Cape Town

• Prices are quoted in S.A. Rands (R) and include 14% VAT, per suite per night for a maximum of 2 persons.
• There is a minimum stay of 7 nights in high season.
• High Season - 15 December to 15 February. R700.00 per day
• Medium Season - 1 October to 14 December and March month. R550.00 per day
• Low Season - April to September. R400.00 per day
• 50% deposit secures booking, balance payable in South African Rands on arrival.
• 20% of the total paid will be requested as a holding deposit against damages in your currency. Refunded on departure.

Cancellation policy:

• If accomodation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival - Full deposit refunded less bank charges.
• If accomodation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival - 50% of deposit refunded less bank charges
• If accomodation is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival - 25% deposit refunded less bank charges
• If accomodation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival - No deposit refunded

Arrival and Departure Time:

• Between 2pm and 5pm for arrivals and check out before 10am on the day of departure. No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrival.
